A man in South Boston is undergoing a litany of health tests after being struck by a used hypodermic needle thrown from a back of a car.
According to a story at Conservative Tribune
Bob Rowland was bending over to change a tire on his car on East 7th Street Thursday when he felt a sharp sting in his back. A car pulled up and tossed the needle out the window at him.
Recounting the incident, Rowland stated: “There was nobody on the street and there was a syringe laying right beside me and a station wagon took off real quick.”
