A Quinnipiac University poll released Tuesday finds that among Trump supporters, 84% agree with the statement “what we need is a leader who is willing to say or do anything to solve America’s problems:”
Overall, 57% of American voters agree they are “falling further and further behind economically,” with 67% of Republicans and 48% of Democrats agreeing “strongly” or “somewhat.”
Another 62% of voters overall, including 85% of Republicans and 40% of Democrats, agree that their “beliefs and values are under attack.”
And 76% of Americans overall, either somewhat or strongly agree that “public officials don’t care much what people like me think.” Of Trump voters, 66% “strongly agree” with that statement.
Trump voters are most likely to “strongly agree” at 62% that their candidate is the vanguard of a movement, not just a campaign.
When will they learn that Trump is speaking and acting FOR THE PEOPLE?
