A high school boy won state championship at the girl’s state competition. The girls of Alaska are mad. Boys genetically have an advantage. They are bigger, stronger and faster even if they are transgender.
Haines senior Nattaphon Wangyot went to the Alaska girl’s state finals in the 100-meter and 200-meter events. He won fifth place in the 100-meter dash and third place in the 200-meter. Girls as young as 9th grade had to compete against him.
One of the girls was upset when she lost her opportunity to go to state because she lost to a boy.
“I’m glad that this person is comfortable with who they are and they’re able to be happy in who they are, but I don’t think it’s competitively completely 100-percent fair.”
The following video shows this is happening all over the country – is it fair to our girls?
